Kirkuk / NINA /-- Turkmen Aadalah /Justice/ Party accused, the Federal Court as a politicized Foundation and not independent after the abolition of Article 23 of the provincial elections law of 2008.
A statement by the party said today: " Article 23 of the Code of provincial elections in Iraq has been enacted to find a compromise solution to the issue of elections in Kirkuk since 2008 concerning the power-sharing of managerial and security positions between all the components of the province as a condition for holding elections in the province of Kirkuk./End
