"

"
Mufti explained that "the project will convey the state departments of paper transactions to provide services and transactions through the Internet," noting that "six ministries including the Ministry of Health began working in this system."
Mufti pointed out that "the project in the current plan does not include the provinces of Kurdistan," and Astdricka "but can coverage in the event of a contract was signed with the Ministry and the company executing."
For its part, confirmed the Chinese company Huawei is executing the project, that "the delay in launching the e-government project was not due to the company, but because of the lack of sites," indicating that "This problem has been addressed and began to work."
The Director of Marketing at Huawei in Iraq, peaks Hatem said in an interview to (range Press), "The first phase of the project include (6) sites and the second stage (44) sites and the third stage (102) site which is sufficient to cover all Iraqi provinces," pointing that "the speed of the Internet provided by (wimax) is the largest in Baghdad, and up to 25 megabytes per second."
She said Hatem that "work is underway to connect all the ministries to the service," indicating that "the project also provides other services talks video and download files as well as it can be used to link the surveillance cameras and the live broadcast," asserting that "the project is protected with a high degree of penetration by a number of applications" .

It is noteworthy that e-government is a modern system based on the use of the World Wide Web, the Internet, in linking the state institutions to each other, and connect the various services private institutions and the general public, and the development of information accessible to individuals so as to create a relationship transparent characterized by speed, accuracy, and aims to improve the quality of performance, and believes that the first use of the term "e-government" has stated in the speech by U.S. President Bill Clinton, the former in 1992.
