Kurdistan parliament approved the draft amendment to the law of the rights and privileges of the families of the martyrs and Anfal.


He said between the provincial government has received all of Iraq [where] a copy of it on Wednesday, "The Kurdistan Parliament Gkd today its regular thirteenth session of the meeting in the second for the fourth year of the electoral cycle, the third headed by Hassan Mohamed sur Deputy Speaker of Parliament and the presence of secretary of Parliament First Ahmed, and was attended by the Minister of Martyrs and Anfal. "


At the beginning of the meeting, followed by Vice-President, the agenda of the meeting which consisted of two points, the first further discussions on the law of the third amendment to the law of the rights and privileges of the families of martyrs and Anfal in the Kurdistan Region, and the second, put forward and discuss the Law on the Protection of mental health in the Kurdistan Region.


According to the first point, Deputy Speaker of Parliament called for the Joint Committee of Legal Affairs and the Peshmerga to assume the podium for the recitation of the joint report in order to discuss the articles.


With regard to the first article on the definition of a martyr and their families and Anfal, which was discussed the previous session, and put forward article to vote Vhazat the the majority.


The Committee followed the text of the second article on the conditions prove conditions covered in this law and after discussion by the members and the minister article was approved by majority vote.


On the third article that follows reads in both Kurdish and Arabic, relating to the establishment of a special committee to consider the appeals and complaints filed by the families of the martyrs, and after extensive discussion and take the views of the members decided to extend the duration of the appeal from 30 days to 60 days, and then was ratified Article majority.


And Article IV of the Act relating to the granting salaries to the families of martyrs opened the doors of discussion by the Presidency of the parliament and made ​​many members their views on the article said, and asked the Joint Committee opinion as well, and the Minister of Martyrs proposals on that article, in order to give the opportunity to the joint committee to redraft the article announced Deputy Speaker of Parliament end of the parliamentary session that re-convened on Monday.
