Baghdad (IBA) ... Student Finance staff's construction and Housing Ministry Rasheed Bank disbursed loans for their salaries and the latter four months ago.
The Ministry said in a statement received by the independent press Association (IBA). "The Cabinet has already approved the disbursement of salary loan financing companies's Ministry of construction and housing, but the Bank did not disburse these loans so far, adding that it caused great harm to employees and their families.
He noted that "there are eight companies belonging to the Ministry of construction and housing system self-financing, and FAO, Assyria and Saad al-Faruq and Hammurabi and Al-Mansour and Al-Mu'tasim and rational".(
