Council declared the province of Kirkuk, on Monday, about his plan for the implementation of 142 project to build a school at a cost of 116 billion Dnyar monitored the Ministry of Planning of the budget of the Ministry of Education to allocate projects in the province, stressing compensation areas that are exposed to the unfairness of the amounts regional development and petrodollars allocated to the province.

The head of the provincial council Hasan Turan Bahauddin during a meeting of the provincial council with management, today, attended by "Alsumaria News", "The Council discussed the balance between education projects within the investment budget and the development of regions and the petro-dollar," noting that "the Council develop a plan to implement the 142 project to build schools at a cost of 116 billion Dnyar ".

Bahauddin said that "the amounts allocated by the Ministry of Planning of the budget of the Ministry of Education for the allocation of projects in the province," pointing out that "Educational Kirkuk and devised a plan to stomach projects within budget plan includes school buildings and building sections and Kindergarten."

The Bahauddin that "decided to hold an urgent meeting includes the Education Committee in the Provincial Council and the Directorate of Education and district councils and respects to unify visions about the distribution of projects and fairly," stressing that "will be compensated areas that are exposed to the unfairness of the amounts for regional development and the petro-dollar allocated to the province."

The head of the Kirkuk Provincial Council that the "cost model schools in particular, it was decided to authorize the Commission and reconstruction projects and with the parties competent to examine the costs and decide on the subject created during a period of up to this week."

The Kirkuk Provincial Council announced, (14 March 2013), the allocation of the Ministry of Planning 116 billion dinars within the budget of the Ministry of Education investment in the province.

The Kirkuk has 1650 schools, including 450 schools double and 30 triple and schools need, according Educational Kirkuk, about 300 modern school for the purpose of completion of the duplication is always available to students.
