Atea: Kurdish MPs, ministers to rejoin government, parliament after elections

Diwaniyah (AIN) –The head of the State of Law Coalition parliamentary bloc, Khalid al-Atea, stated that the Kurdish MPs and the ministers will rejoin the government and the parliament after the end of the Provincial Councils elections.

Speaking to the reporter of All Iraq News Agency (AIN), he said "The ministers and the MPs of the Kurdistani Alliance are expected to resume their posts and tasks after the 23rd of April."

He assured "The reactions and results of the KA in addition to the initiative of the Kurdish delegation to visit Baghdad is a positive issue where it met the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki."

"All the pending issues were discussed and the two sides agreed upon conducting dialogue to settle them," he concluded.
