Document: more than three trillion dinars expenses of the Council of Ministers for the current year

Revealed a leaked document from the Council of Ministers recently schedule allocated expenditures to the Iraqi Council of Ministers for the current year 2013, amounting to three trillion, three hundred and twenty-two billion, six hundred and ninety-eight million dinars.
According to the document, seen by the senior politician in the National Alliance, the amount the huge and hugely suspicions that exceeds the budgets of states, distributor eleven point belonging to the Council of Ministers.
With this comes the actors and the amounts allocated to each of them:
1 Cabinet Secretariat ninety-four billion, seven hundred and forty-three million dinars.
2 Presidency of the Council of Ministers nine hundred and three billion, seven hundred and one million dinars.
3 Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy, four billion, three hundred and eighty-one million dinars.
4 Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs eight billion, seven hundred and forty-eight million dinars.
5 Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Services Affairs eight billion and five hundred and sixty million dinars.
6 National Security Council nineteen billion eight hundred million dinars.
7 Iraqi Commission for control of radioactive sources three billion, six hundred and twenty-one million dinars.
8 Shiite Endowment six hundred and forty-six billion, six hundred and twenty-two million dinars.
9 Office of the Inspector General of the Shiite Endowment four billion nine hundred and three million dinars.
10 Sunni Endowment five hundred and forty-six billion, six hundred and twenty-two million dinars.
11 Office of the Inspector General of the Sunni Endowment four billion nine hundred and three million dinars.
