He pointed out that "the Council has completed the first reading of the proposed law the First Amendment to the law of service and retirement of the Internal Security Forces No. (18) for the year 2011, and submitted by the Committee on Security and Defense for the purpose of equality of civil servants in the internal security forces with their peers in the Ministry of Defense in addition to end the second reading of the draft law Animal Health and sponsored by the Committees on Agriculture and Water, marshes and legal.
