Albzona: abolition of a number of ministries will solve the issue of the clash between local and central governments

The MP said the coalition of state law Jawad Albzona that there is only one way to resolve the issue of the clash between local and central governments are eliminating a number of ministries. He Albzona told (all Iraq) yesterday, saying, "You may cancel those ministries of provincial and local governments, then the enjoyment of its mandate the implementation of projects and services provided to their children." Abizaid said, "With some of the ministries can not enjoy its powers to the provinces of services." He expressed his belief that Albzona "provincial law inapplicable by the central government is just a matter of anesthesia.
And increased demand the formation of the regions after the decision of the Board of Salahuddin province last October announced the province and territories were hints by some politicians belonging to the provinces of Nineveh and Anbar provinces to declare the two provinces separately because of what they called a lack of powers to the provinces.
