Financial representative: can't wait for stable oil prices for the adoption of the budget

Special/propriety/Eman Kassem newspaper – a member of the parliamentary Finance Committee Jabbar Abdul Khaliq said Sunday that he "can't wait for stable oil prices to build a budget that" supposed to be guesses close to reality. "
Abdul Khaliq said in a statement to (the righteous) "assumes that the Government adopt a particular price for a barrel of oil", stating that "If you do not check the required price increases the amount of budget deficit automatically."
He added that "in this case must fill the shortfall by taxing water and fuel and mobile phone etc".
"If the approved budget within the Council of Ministers today could send to Congress next week for discussion and approval."
He was MP for Union forces, Mohammed Al-karbouli had warned (disaster) if the Cabinet approved the budget at a certain price and then continue falling oil prices and Iraq is the sole-source balancing relies primarily on oil imports "excluded at the same time that" the Council agrees on a budget law.
