The Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq receives the Iranian ambassador
His Excellency the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mr. Mustafa Ghaleb Makhif, received today, Monday, His Excellency the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Iraq, Mr. Muhammad Kazem Al Sadiq.
His Excellency congratulated His Excellency the ambassador on the occasion of his appointment, wishing him continued success in his new mission, looking forward to greater cooperation in the next stage.
During the meeting, the aspects of banking and economic cooperation between the two countries were discussed, and the financial dues of Iraq, and overcoming the obstacles facing the work of Iranian companies in the country.
His Excellency stressed his keenness to develop banking relations and strengthen them in a way that serves the interests of the two countries and opening new horizons of bilateral relations.
