BAGHDAD / NINA / Baghdad Operations Command announced that 56 terrorists from ISIS were killed and / 21 / others were wounded during the last 24 hours.
The spokesman of Baghdad Operations Command Brigadier General Saad Maan said in a news conference that "a military force killed a number of terrorists and destroyed / 4 / vehicles belonging to them in the area of Ibrahim Ben Ali, which Baghdad Operations Command reached to the boundary with Anbar."
He added, "another force managed to kill 10 terrorists in an ambush set up for them in the area in Latifiya, south of Baghdad," noting that " a military force killed 15 terrorists in the area of Sheikh Amer known that has a number of orchards and farmland north of Baghdad ".
He added, "the first battalion, of brigade / 41 / managed to kill a terrorist and wounded another in Shaka 3 area in Latifiya, south of Baghdad, adding that a security force was able to fend off an attempt to get closer to one of security checkpoints in the area."
Meanwhile, Maan said: "The security services dismantled an explosive device in the Amil district, in addition to dismantling a bomb in another in Hamid Shaaban area."
