BAGHDAD / Nina /--Head of State of Law parliamentary bloc MP , Khalid al-Attiyah said : "The Council of Ministers submitted a lawsuit against the presidency of the parliament to the Federal Court to issue a decision because of the delay of presentation and approving the federal budget.
Al-Attiyah added in a press conference today that it was " the seventh time that government demand the parliament's presidency for the inclusion of the budget law , which is the central issue for us and for the work of the government and its ability to implement its program./End
