Washington / NINA /-- The US State Department said the conflict in Syria has had the biggest impact on the high rate of violence in Iraq.

Spokeswoman Marie Harff told a news conference that the conflict in Syria, "is certainly a major part of the violence in Iraq," noting that "This is very serious concern./
