Nusayif calls to follow up Iraq blocked funds abroad

Baghdad (Forat) –MP, Aliya Nusayif, of the Hurra Iraqiya Bloc called the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to link Iraq with the international community and follow up the blocked Iraqi funds abroad.
She stated in a press statement received by Alforat News Agency (Forat) "In spite of the change in the Iraqi regime 10 years ago, Iraq is still ineffective in the international community and it is clear when it did not get a chance to participate in the committees of the United Nations and making the important decisions."
"The world is busy by the big challenges such as the Syrian crisis, the Egyptian and Libyan situations in addition to the economic crisis and terrorism that mainly affects Iraq," she added.
"Iraq is ineffective in all the international occasions and that is why there is no one to follow up the blocked Iraqi funds abroad," she concluded. /End/
