Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: emphasized the Iraqi leader Iyad Allawi, on Monday, the lack of sincere intentions by leaders and political blocs to achieve the terms of the Charter of the honor which they signed last Thursday, noting that the current crisis need to diagnose and then solve it. Allawi said in a speech on behalf of him a member of Accord Movement, Adnan al-Shaalan at the conference organized by the Movement for the families of Iraq and attended by "tomorrow's Press," The lack of "attending the conference national honor and reluctance to expectation due to the lack of sincere intentions to bring the provisions of this Charter by the leaders and the political blocs all," noting that " This charter is unconstitutional and illegal after beating all previous agreements by blocs, including the Convention on Arbil addressed by state law to the formation of the Policy Board. " and added that "the Iraqi problem comes in the absence of trust and administrative vacuum and external interference in internal affairs, as well as the weakness of the state administration," noting that "the solution to this crisis is to identify the elements and then develop solutions before the processors." stated that the political blocs gathered at the presidential palace in Baghdad took place last Thursday on the instruments of honor and social peace in the presence of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and Parliament Speaker Osama Najafi and head of the Supreme Council Ammar al-Hakim Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Rose Nuri Shaways and a number of other politicians, tribal elders and clerics, while absent from the meeting of the existing Iraqi President Iyad Allawi and President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, and the cleric Moqtada al-Sadr.
