Baghdad (news) .. Council of Ministers decided, during its regular twenty-sixth session, held on Tuesday, under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki, to provide an advance of 150 billion dinars, to pay the salaries of the Sons of Iraq (Awakening) to the end of 2013. According to a statement issued by the meeting, received the Agency (news) copy of it: that the council decided to refer the quarterly report to follow up on implementation of the budget and the draft investment plan for the year 2012 and the audit report and evaluate the implementation of the government program, according to the policies and programs related to the year 2012 submitted by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and referred to committees Sectoral discussed with the ministries to identify problems and proposals in order to accelerate the rates of completion of the projects and presented to the Council of Ministers within one month. statement added: that the Council decided to authorize the Minister of Education the power to appoint teachers and teachers in rural areas and marshes of the male by the actual need to fill vacancies. statement said: that the council agreed on the secretion of plots housing in Baghdad and the provinces with an area 150 square meters to be allocated to the poor controls and instructions to be issued. statement continued: It was also decided to provide an advance of 150 billion dinars to pay the salaries of the Sons of Iraq (Awakening) to the end of 2013. statement noted : The Council of Ministers decided to give all employees and contractors of the citizens of the provinces of Anbar and Nineveh leave on Thursday, June 20, 2013, to give them a chance to vote in provincial elections. pointed statement, to: The Council decided to postpone the implementation of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (215) for the year 2013 and the Special stop the import of cement business types, until further notice.
