Council lifted its to the House of Representatives on Saturday.
It was at today's meeting the completion of the first reading of the draft law of the Iraqi Academy and the first reading of the draft law on universities and colleges.
The agenda of the meeting, which was held under the chairmanship of First Deputy Chairman of the Council Qusay al-Suhail and the presence of 165 deputies to ensure ratification of the Convention between the Governments of Iraq and Kuwait on the organization of maritime navigation in the Khawr Abd Allah and complete discussion of the draft labor law and the second reading of the draft law second amendment to the tariff law customs (as amended) and the second reading of the proposed law the first amendment to the law of service and retirement of the Internal Security Forces
