BAGHDAD / JD / .. The Council of Ministers approved on lending to self-finance companies to meet their payrolls
A statement issued by the Council received / JD / copy: The Council of Ministers agreed to instruct the Ministry of Finance to banks to lend to self-finance companies to meet their payrolls shall be borne by the ministry to pay interest on the loans and (2%).
The statement added: The Council also approved the signing of project contracts for the fiscal year 2013 for projects approved in the Ministry of Planning, which got approval to forward to the implementing agency decision of the President on the contract authorized during fiscal year 2012 with the signing of contracts necessary complementary to the projects implemented or under implementation.
The statement continued: The Council approved an amendment instructed the implementation of the budget for the year 2012 and the transfer of power to the Minister of planning Mounaqlh between projects to the competent minister and the adoption of that in the implementation of the budget in 2013 to provide reasons for the transfers.
