Planning Minister Ali al-Shukri Iraq correspondent Agency every [where], during his visit to Karbala, "the Council of Ministers decided to return all amounts retained in the budget this year 2012 to balance next year and for the same projects in various areas that were allocated in the current year".
A number of House members opposed to read financial budget bill to 2013 which were included in the agenda of the Parliament session Monday, while Secretary General of the Council of Ministers on relations lift balancing 2013 to the House.
The Cabinet approved the budget 2013 [138] trillion dinars in 23 of the last October.Ended 22.
