Message the Prime Minister: the focus was in the past years the need to provide security and stability are threatened in our country, we have worked hard in order to improve the security situation improved significantly but still some threats here and there and because of this focus has not received the reconstruction and development time, effort and potential resources, we see the suffering of the citizens in the provision of electricity to their homes, and poor health care, education and adequate housing and access to decent jobs.
We are working expeditiously to address the things Iraq to be a safe place to live happy and all the people of this document before you is a strategic program of the government, and the following themes appear in clear language and will be in mind during our presidency of the government:
1 Security and stability of Iraq.

6 Organization of the federal domestic relations.
These themes are all pressing need and equal and that the need for ongoing security and stability because of its impact in improving the public services that lays the foundation for a happy life in a modern society, so the production of oil and gas production going is important for the financing of reconstruction and development needs of our country, and also needs to economy diverse and modern to be a source of wealth and employment opportunities. 8 rehabilitation of places of cultural, religious, and recreational and expanded.

Third, to achieve better economy and increase the competitiveness of public and private institutions

2 Development of workforce skills, knowledge and expertise.

3 Improving the transport infrastructure

7 rehabilitation of facilities and tourist areas,
