Called Economic Adviser in the Prime Minister Abdul Hussein Al-Anbuge to activate investment law, including to domestic national interest and encourage development in Iraq.
In a speech at a seminar held by a gathering of civic organizations, Anbuge said the priority today must be to the investment law, stressing the need to provide the necessary facilities for the foreign investor, as an economic priority, as he put it.

For his part, the head of the "Coalition of Iraq 2020" Ali Anbure that the second phase which was launched today (Wednesday) from the observatory's legal legislation economic included a discussion of ten laws, including the law of company registration, trademark and trade name, stressing that the goal of the discussion was revealed weaknesses these laws and updated to suit the economic developments in the world.

It is said that the Iraqi economy has been suffering for many years from the absence of identity and a clear, even after the change of regime, made foreign investors are puzzled to distinguish the form of this economy, that was free or still a socialist, which led to alienated quite a few investors and their reluctance to Log in projects inside Iraq, and this is why the head of the international trade relations in the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation Faleh Hassan Alwan to stress the need to find Iraqi economy and clearly defined through issued a law aimed at encouraging investment, in order to achieve economic development, which aspires her Iraqi government.

Iraq is seeking to complete a number of legislation related to the economy, trade and investment as a prelude to the resumption of negotiations to joining the World Trade Organization, which holds observer status since 2004.
