Baghdad (AIN) –MP, Yasin al-Ubaidi, of the Iraqiya Slate assured that "The budget law has been ratified by all its articles and none of these articles was canceled."
He stated to All Iraq News Agency (AIN) "The talks over canceling any article among the articles of the budget are illegal and away from the parliament's bylaw."
"The budget was endorsed by the parliament and then it was ratified by the Presidency," he added.
"If there is an urgency for canceling or modifying any article within the budget law, the concerned committee or a group of MPs can submit a request to be read for one or two times to be endorsed," he concluded.
The President, Jalal Talabani, ratified the budget law of 2012 on last Thursday. /End/
