BAGHDAD (Iba) .. Attorney Susan Saad called on the mass of parliamentary virtue, to apply all the paragraphs of the general budget utilized for the Iraqi people.

Saad said that the current year budget included a lot of paragraphs that are in the interest of the Iraqi people if they applied all of the accuracy contained in the budget law.

They noted that the parliamentary session lasted late into the evening on Thursday for approval of the budget gaps and free of corruption, calling on the government to keep the money spent in Iraq and its resources

And Addenda House of Representatives voted to grant retirees who receive a pension of 400 thousand dinars a month and under a grant 600 000 dinars, and will give retirees the grant for the current year under the special laws and in the form of premiums, adding that the grant will include retired workers also be 100% for the retired and 60 % of the beneficiaries.

And Okdtsad that the House voted to approve the continuation of trade purchase and distribution of ration card items and that Article 32 states that continue to the Ministry of Commerce to purchase and distribute the ration card items and to complete the study and provide the conditions necessary for the provinces to assume responsibility for securing and distribution of ration card items under the supervision of the Ministry of Commerce during the half first half of 2012.

She noted that the Ministry of Commerce will continue this procedure during the first half of this year, the then Ministry overseeing the distribution and securing each province to the ration card items to its residents, and noted Saad declared that most of these paragraphs are the demands of the Virtue that demanded the determination to be included in the budget. GREAT Find! If I read this right they are going to give retirees 400 Dinars per month which is in USD $0.34. Unless it RV's.

Im going to cut threw the smoke on this article because there is only one way it makes sense.

Notice how they messed up the numbers with the mixture of numbers and worded numbers. If you use 400.00 per month with a 4.00 rv that gives the retirees 1600.00 income per month throw in some hcl money on a smart card and done deal.



I think they are going to rv around 4.00 and the smallest denom will be a 1/4 Dinar fill will be a value equal to our smallest note the 1 dollar bill, it just adds up to good.

As much as I'd love it to come out at $3+...... I really don't see it. I guess I've read to much solid info about it coming out around something between $0.86- $1.20 I don't personally believe they could support a higher rate right out of the gate. Maybe once their country grows a bit more.

I guess one thing is I'd rather expect a low rate and get a bonus if it's higher. I think Dr. Shabbs is a whole lot smarter and much better at math than most and will do what's best for the Iraqi people.

I for one will be tickled with a .86 exchange rate!!!!!
