Finance parliamentary rule out the vote on the budget next Thursday

Baghdad, February 21 (Rn) – ruled parliamentary Finance Committee on Tuesday, vote on the financial budget for the current year on Thursday to review the incomplete observations of the political blocs to the terms of the budget.

The head of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Osama Najafi had identified during the session of parliament on Monday, the day after tomorrow (Thursday) to vote on the budget.

And delayed the adoption of budgets in Iraq, usually because of differences between the parliamentary blocs on how it was spent. While suffering sectors of the state of evidence by the dilapidated infrastructure of war, siege, and the mismanagement of the country’s wealth.

A member of the Committee Faleh force, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) “It is very unlikely that the House of Representatives will vote this week on the state budget, considering that the Finance Committee continues to decline interventions and claims of Representatives, and it continues to review applications for the relevant committees.”

And discusses the budget that the House of Representatives is the largest in the history of the country since last month, but the controversy still going on and because of the objection of many deputies on their present and their demands for amendments to its terms.

The Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation of Iraq to delay adoption of the budget due to political differences directly affects the provision of services to citizens which is paid to the call for speedy adoption of the budget.

Iraqi cities and need money desperately to build its infrastructure destroyed by years of war, sanctions and violence, and protesting citizens on an ongoing basis on the lack of basic services that have not been able to successive Iraqi governments have provided despite the passage of nine years to overthrow the former regime.

He said in effect that “so far has not been meeting with the heads of the blocks and took their views on the paragraphs of the budget,” noting that “All these actions did not get it is unlikely to be voted on the budget during this week.”

He added that “the extension of the meetings of the House of Representatives next week will be better than to get out the law of a mature and complete and satisfy all parties and the usefulness of its articles for the Iraqi people.”

And approved the Iraqi government in its emergency meeting in early December last year 2012 budget by $ 100 billion (about 117 trillion Iraqi dinars) and a deficit of up to $ 13.5 billion (about 17 trillion dinars.

And relied on the production of 2.6 million barrels of oil per day at $ 85 per barrel.
