Iraq: reports are untrue for the return of Iraqi MPs to parliament for a vote on the budget of 2012 and a legal amnesty
28.01.2012 | (Voice of Iraq) - Baghdad - where the Iraqi List, has denied reports the return of the list MPs to parliament to vote on a number of draft laws. spokeswoman said the official name of the Iraqi List MP Maysoon al told all of Iraq [where] Saturday that "are untrue to the reports by some media about the return of Iraqi MPs and their attendance of meetings of the House of Representatives to discuss and vote on the budget bill for fiscal 2012, the General Amnesty Law." and added that "Iraq will be held tomorrow, Sunday, a meeting is a resolution of its decision on ending the boycott of the meetings of both houses of parliament and ministers."
Some of the media has picked up reports that deputies from the Iraqi List, the presence of the Vice-existing sessions to vote on the budget, the financial and adoption of the amnesty law only with the continuing suspension of attendance of meetings of the Council of Ministers and House of Representatives.
The Iraqi List, has decided to suspend the presence of the ministers in the cabinet after it suspended the presence of deputies to the meetings of the Council of Representatives to protest what it called a policy [of marginalization and exclusion] as well as to issue an arrest warrant for leader of the Vice-President Tareq al-Hashemi. and see the political process and the relationship between the blocks strained clear because of the continuing political differences between the State of Law coalition and the Iraqi List, especially with regard to the issue of a warrant arrest against the Vice President of the Republic required to eliminate Tariq al-Hashemi, and asked the Prime Minister to withdraw confidence from his deputy, Saleh al-Mutlaq, in addition to charges of Iraqi law of the state shirking on the implementation of the initiative of Erbil, which include the achievement of the partnership in the management of the state and decision-making and naming ministers security and the formation of policies strategic and the lack of balance in state institutions between the components of people, depending on the views of Congress and the Iraqi List.
