He added that foreign companies global contractors hesitate to also have access to Iraq because it is still under Chapter VII with a bad reputation on people imposed on it.
He explained: The seventh item allows use of force and economic sanctions on countries that infringe on the world peace, and that the international community Mibrh believed that Iraq was the aggressor on the world peace.
and he continued, that the Iraqi government to work hard to reassure the international community that the country's security is no need to use force against him, after the departure of U.S. troops.
