BAGHDAD (Iba) .. The MP said the coalition in Iraq by Khalid A. Al-Alwani said that any agreement had expected the Iraqi government with the U.S. administration on military cooperation and to keep trained in Iraq does not make sense as long as Iraq is under Chapter VII imposed on it since 1990.

Alwani and demanded in a statement received by the independent press (Iba) a copy of it today, the United Nations and the international world remove Iraq from Chapter VII.

He stressed that Iraq today is not a threat to the region or to any State, noting that when a security agreement between Iraq and the United States was the ultimate goal of removing Iraq from Chapter VII, but that did not happen, asserting that Iraq's sovereignty is complete directed to this Chapter .


He noted the need to have the Arab League's role in removing Iraq from Chapter VII, noting that the time is right for the government and the Iraqi parliament to talk with the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Arab, Nabil this matter as it is in Baghdad now.


Alwani also called the Iraqi government not to sign any agreement during any future negotiations with the U.S. without the commitment and the commitment to remove Iraq from Chapter VII and the item during the specified period of time, in order to achieve fulfillment of the obligations between the two countries.
