The Council completed a first reading of the bill's accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) of groups of Wild Fauna and Flora, signed in Washington on 03.03.1973, which entered into force on 01.07.1975 and submitted by the Committees on Foreign Relations, Agriculture and Water and marshes in order to regulate international trade in endangered species of groups of wild animals and plants from extinction and protection and control of trafficking.

The MP called Najiba Najib to work on the draft law includes guarantee a dignified life for women and the establishment of a Directorate of Family Affairs within the structure of the ministry.

In turn, said Alaa Makki, deputy to the importance of women's participation in the Sustainable Development Project will contribute to the development of actually being a feminist.

She drew MP Mona Amiri said that the bill will have an important role of women in society, calling for holding seminars with relevant organizations, women's affairs in order to take advantage of the observations for the development of the reality of women.

While the MP demanded that the names of al-Moussawi focus on the ministry of women and contribute half to lift the level of their reality and solve problems encountered in their careers and achieve excellence positive for women as it bears the burden of many.

Expressed MP Maysoon al believed that the presence of higher council for women to achieve the benefit of the largest segment of women to control the ministries to meet the women's rights.
