Rubaie reason to change leaders in security and defense like the Ministry of the Interior

The member of the National Alliance MP Rubaie, commander of the armed forces, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, to change the security leaders in the interior ministry like the Ministry of Defense, in preparation for the delivery of provincial security, however, the Ministry of Interior.
