Foreign Minister meets Polish Deputy Minister of Economy

Baghdad (Forat) -Polish Deputy Minister of Economy, Angie Dekha, received in the Ministry of Economy Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari and his accompanying delegation.
A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received by Alforat News Agency cited "During the meeting, the two sides reviewed areas of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries and the possibility of upgrading the economic relations to cope with the historical relations between Iraq and Poland as well as touching upon solutions to the difficulties facing the economic growth and ways to overcome them.
"The two officials also discussed the importance of the Iraqi market for Polish companies and available investment opportunities, as well as the need to determine the date and place of the meeting of the Iraqi - Polish Joint Ministerial Committee and exchange of visits between officials of the two countries," the statement concluded. /End/
