Saudi king assures Talabani his country is seeking to strengthen relations with Iraq

He said in a telegram of thanks sent to President Jalal Talabani, the agency received a copy of "I am pleased I have received congratulations on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to express to Your Excellency deep thanks and appreciation for what you expressed feelings of sincere and good wishes."
Abdul Aziz praised the "excellence of brotherly relations between our two countries and our two brotherly countries, and we seek to promote and develop in all areas."
