Council of Ministers decides to cancel the recommendations of the Committee for the North in the Baath regime of Saddam's private property of the Kurds

Government issued recommendations to the House of Representatives to cancel decisions issued by the Revolutionary Command Council dissolved the Committee on the north system dictatorship with respect to land owned by the Kurds and left them. The government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said that the Council has instructed the Council of State to prepare new legislation, including addressing the implications of the cancellation decision according to the principles contained in the recommendations of the Committee on the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution. He added that the implementation of the resolutions to be trading with the concerned authorities including the Commission on the implementation of Article 140, referring to cancel all resolutions issued by the Committee of affairs in the north of the dissolved and the right of the province of Kirkuk
