he Council of Ministers decides to set up a Committee for Kurdistan modify investment law

Irbil (News) ...The Council of Ministers of the Kurdistan region, decided Tuesday to form a Committee to amend the investment to provide facilities and opportunities for investment in the region.
This came during a meeting of (10) of the Council of Ministers of the Kurdistan region, today, under the chairmanship of President Barzani nechervan Idris Kurdistan Regional Government, and Imad Ahmed, Deputy Head of the Government.
According to a statement by the Government of the territory had received (News Agency news) Tuesday: at the beginning of the meeting, the Cabinet passed a resolution forming a foundation for coordination and follow-up, and the rules of procedure of this institution, which would become one of the Prime components and linked directly to the head of Government, and to follow-up and make sure that implementation of the policy and laws, decisions of the Council of Ministers the best picture, and will have an official rank of Minister and Deputy will work in accordance with the rules of procedure of the validated.
It added: the Board of investment law amendment, where the Council of Ministers decided to establish a Committee to amend the law and addressing shortcomings, to provide facilities and opportunities for investment in the Kurdistan region.
The statement noted: that the Council of Ministers decided to prevent the movement of cars and cisterns in pregnancy public roads and streets in cities from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. for traffic safety and protect the lives of citizens.
The statement said: the Council of Ministers the Cabinet discussed the subject of allocations, and decided that the Committee established to review allocations and follow-up study found deficiencies and addressed for action to ratify the budget next year, the Cabinet also decided to implement the law on the formation of the civil aviation authority in Kurdistan.
The Cabinet decided at the meeting: the Ministry of communication in coordination with the Federal Government to implement a project building railways in Iraq and Kurdistan and Kurdistan link with Iraq and the world by rail, and instructed the Cabinet to relevant authorities in Kurdistan Regional Government follow-up to this project.
The Cabinet also discussed at its meeting, in honor of intellectuals and artists, athletes, and in this regard decides to develop a system for recognition and distribution of grants and implement it well.
Nechervan Idris Barzani said, according to the statement, supporting the Government of Kurdistan and Kurdish Kurdish cinema filmmakers in Kurdistan, said: there must be a project to support and assist filmmakers in Kurdistan and Kurds abroad and, in this regard, instructed the Cabinet to the Ministry of culture to work on this project. /Finished/24 u/LR.
