Extent of Work:
The United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) has a requirement to Refurbishment of Buildings 345, 350 and 350 A at UNAMI Compund in Kirkuk, at Iraqi Air Force base, Kirkuk, Iraq.
The contractor shall complete the following mentioned works in accordance with the details listed :
a. General requirement- external and internal Site Works
b. Concrete works
c. Masonry Works
d. Thermal and Waterproofing Works
e. Floor works
f. Wall finishes/repair
g. Ceiling works
h. Doors and windows works
i. Painting works
j. Plumbing/Sanitation works
k. Electrical works
l. Miscellaneous Works.
