Governor of the Central Bank receives your Chaldean Patriarch in Iraq and the world
His Excellency the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq Mustafa Ghalib received on Thursday, Cardinal Louis Rafael Saku Patriarch in Iraq and the world.
He thanked him for his thanks and proud of the Iraqi Central Bank and the Association of Iraqi Banks on their community initiative to support the Church of the Virgin Mary in the provinces of Baghdad and Basra, as well as aid and gifts to the children of families with disabilities on New Year's Days.
His Excellency the Governor of the Central Bank indicated the importance of the work provided by the initiative from the funds of contributions to Iraqi banks with the support of community components.
Stressing that Christian brothers are preparing an authentic part of Iraqi society, so the initiative has allocated funding for historical buildings and religious places that can contribute to supporting their survival in Iraq.
