, Minister of Planning Khaled Batal Negm confirmed today, Monday, that Iraq will soon reach the highest population increase.
Al-Battal said during his participation in the Al-Rafidain Forum for Dialogue: "We were surprised on the first day of the ministry that there was a problem of paying the salaries of retirees."
He explained that "we are working to extract licensing rounds from the investment budget," noting that
"Iraq is rich in its resources, but it is not actually rich in investing them."
The minister indicated that "in the Ministry of Planning we are working with the white paper and at the same time we are working with the (B) plan," noting that
"Iraq will soon reach the highest population increase."
Al-Battal continued, "The role of the Ministry of Planning was completely absent in higher education." Ended 29 / h
