Twilight News / Iraqi Prime Minister outgoing Nuri al-Maliki in a recent speech that was broadcast on state television shortly before the attack that he was subjected to "unfair" and pointed out that he did not seek to positions and that he left his post in order to preserve the unity of Iraq.

"Today I say to the Iraqi people, I will not be the cause of shedding one drop of blood .. Earlier in the day revealed an official source revealed agreement was between al-Maliki and al-Abadi ended persuade him to step down from office and withdraw his complaint from the Federal Court.

Over the past days, al-Maliki insisted on adhering to his position, saying he the owner of the right to form the government for a third term.

And Haider al-Abadi is a leading member of the coalition of state law, which he says the biggest bloc, al-Maliki, which has the right to form a government.

The move came after increased pressure on Maliki to leave the job to the beat of the year and calls for the Kurds, Shiites and Iran and the United States.

And is expected to contribute to this step in speeding up the formation of the government.

Officials said al-Maliki will support Abadi and pull the case presented by the President of the Republic against Fuad Masum, because of the assignment in the formation of the government.

Maliki was announced Wednesday his refusal to give up power without a decision from the Federal Court in Iraq, saying the decision assigning Abadi form a new government, "a constitutional violation."
