Kurdistan Region started exporting crude oil via the Turkish port of Ceyhan, Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz said in a press statement.

Baghdad has warned that it will deprive the Kurds of their 17 percent share in the national budget if they go ahead with the exports without the government's approval and will sue the buyers.

Without a Budget or funding Kurdistan must do something.....The GOI cannot continue on this course. The Budget has to be approved or funding must be issued to the country as Iraq is really a Welfare State dependent upon the GOI for its revenue.
