Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, on Friday, Lucan everyone in the yard work because there were Iraqi families without housing, stressing that everyone is talking about the provision of services, but they are running away from approving the budget, also pointed out that some people misunderstand the doctrine of the army if lah what they could suspend their propaganda campaign.

Al-Maliki said in a televised speech during the celebration of a coalition of state law in Basra, said "everyone if it was in the yard work with one heart with the political process, with the Constitution, we would not today see families without housing," stressing that "everyone is talking about the provision of services, but they are running away from approving the budget ".


The Prime Minister said that "if the parliament approved a law to provide the infrastructure for Iraq's best situations of construction and reconstruction," explaining, "We must fight corruption and political intention of trying to delay the completion of projects."


Maliki said that "some of the disservice to the doctrine of the army, even if they could comment lah electoral propaganda," saying "It is not civilized to pursue some of the blocks style of miscarriage and lying."


"It has to be a change from a system of quotas to the government of the political majority," and called on "the people of Basra to the broad participation in the upcoming elections and the proper selection of appropriate see him."



Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki has arrived in the afternoon to Basra International Airport and flew to Basra International Hotel downtown to meet some of the local officials and a number of notables of the province.



He said a press statement that al-Maliki will meet with the public and supporters of the rule of law this afternoon in one of the public areas in Basra and later touring a field of some of the important projects in the province.
