A member of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc in the Iraqi House of Representatives revealed that the Kurdish representatives in Baghdad await the discussions of the KRG-Baghdad threesome committee to hold a parliamentary session on the budget law draft.
Burhan Muhammad Faraj, an Iraqi MP, told PUKmedia that the threesome committee, which includes representatives of Kurdistan Alliance, National Alliances, and al-Iraqiya Coalition blocs, is discussing the KRG-Baghdad pending issues related to the 2014 Budget Law Draft to find a solution.
"Whenever the political blocs in the committee reach a common consensus, Kurds will attend the next sessions of the house," Faraj stated while also addressing what they would have other options if the decision does not meet expectations.
