Dropped military helicopters publications in several areas of Baghdad, calling on citizens to receiving their cards, electronic and encourages them to contest parliamentary elections.
include publications words (your card today ... your voice tomorrow), and calls for citizens to review the registration centers to receive their cards electronic, noting that it includes also a calendar for 2014, with the logo of the Electoral Commission for elections, as well as numbers of UNHCR and its website.
