Minister of planning for "time": we will apply the customs tariff as of early January

The planning Ministry said Tuesday that it will apply the customs tariff system from 2 second Canton.

Planning Minister Ali Shukri for "time", "customs tariff will include luxury items and all secondary materials that have no prejudice on the lives of citizens."

El shukrijumah said that "implementation will be as of January 2, 2014.

So if I'm understanding this correctly, as of January 2, 2014, the tariff taxes will be implemented and in turn prices in the grocery stores and markets will go up, Iraqi citizens will have an even harder time to provide for their families and inflation will sky rocket.......all because their money has no value?
