Basra Council vote on its rules of procedure

Basra Governorate Council voted during its regular today's final approval of the articles and paragraphs of the rules of procedure in addition to the endorsement of a number of service projects.
President of the Council said Khalaf Abdul Samad said in a press statement: "We have succeeded today, after the continuous postponement of the adoption of the rules of procedure of the Council settle the matter once and by Altsot it unanimously."
He referred to "the development of two new first administrative decentralization and administrative reform, which will go to a coalition of Basra, first and headed by a member of the Council secretary gave, what would be the Second Committee a committee communications and e-government share of the State of Law coalition and headed by a member of the Council Basma peaceful."
He explained that some of the service projects that will be implemented during the current year in different districts and areas of Basra were rated speculative amendment to the price in order to others for the purpose of fully studied.
He said Abdul Samad, "said student orphan care project has been postponed to a meeting next week in order to make way for the Council to form specialized committees of him to see and study all the details in addition to the preparation of orphans in Basra and then speculative allocation amounts to him."
He said he had also been voted to entrust the governor of Basra Majed Nasraoui task monitor the situation of Syrian refugees in terms of the provision of housing as well as the possibility of allocating some of them material amounts.
