Official orders issued to make changes in the leadership of operations and team leaders after the deterioration of security in Baghdad and a number of provinces.
He said a military source told all of Iraq [where] that "the Commander-in-Chief and after consultation with security officials ordered Official changes in the leadership of operations and team leaders."
He added that "among those included in the change is the commander of the Baghdad Operations team Ahmed Hashem will receive Operations Command, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Kamel."
