Baghdad said that the higher Committee for Foundation design seen on the design of the new building of the Central Bank of Iraq prepared by the architectural world Zaha Hadid.


And the Directorate of public relations said that "the Supreme Committee for the Foundation design for the city of Baghdad seen during its chairing Mayor of Baghdad Abdul Hussein Al-murshidi to design the new building of the Central Bank of Iraq prepared by the global architecture of Zaha Hadid, which will be held on Abu Nawas Street Street in the Jadiriyah district. "The new building of the Central Bank of Iraq will be a unique architectural monument consists of (37) in the area of layer b (7) dunums, which combine heritage with modernity through a unique eco-friendly designs as environmental determinants and toned. She explained that "this building will be a symbol of the Iraqi Central Bank role in Iraq's economic development and reflection of reconstruction projects and construction, banner ... That this building would be the highest in Iraq with height (172) and serves the functions and requirements of the Central Bank and has a full service restaurant, Chapel and Training Institute, custody and other services needed by staff to perform their duties to the fullest. The new building of the Central Bank of Iraq will be identical to the environmental determinants in the capital Baghdad and will be equipped with all the necessary services and accessories for parking garages and Gardens along with aesthetic landscape enjoyed by its characteristic on the Tigris River. The meeting also addressed a number of issues before the Committee for converting class land and other things for Foundation design and recommend appropriate action.
