Seminar on Regional Financial Arrangements and Cooperation with the IMF
The seminar on "Regional Financial Arrangements: RFA's role in International Financial Architecture and their cooperation with the IMF" within the IMF and World Bank Spring meeting will be held on April 17, 2013 in Washington D.C. (USA). The representatives of the G20 Finance Ministries and Central Banks, academicians and experts from international financial organizations will attend the meeting.
During the seminar delegates intend to discuss main goals, institutional framework of existing RFAs, their role in International Financial Architecture as well as further enhancing of the cooperation between the IMF and RFAs within the global financial safety net. The outcomes of the RFAs seminar will be discussed during the G20 Deputies and Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors meetings on April 18-19 in Washington D.C.
