Date: March 5, 2013 meeting: 8 The eighth session of the normal to the Council of Ministers in Baghdad this day Tuesday, March 5, 2013 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and issued the following decisions: 1. Approval to authorize the Secretary of State the authority to negotiate and sign a draft agreement on the privileges and immunities of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons between the Republic of Iraq and the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, as amended by the Council of State based on the provisions of Article (80 / item VI) of the Constitution with the Foreign Ministry to prepare and document authorization necessary on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and according to the contexts approved and submit to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to obtain the signature of the President of the Council of Ministers. 3. The adoption of the national strategy to combat violence against women in Iraq (2013-2017) provided by the Office of the Minister of State for Women's Affairs. 4. . Approve my recommendation for follow-up committee and the implementation of development the Arab Center for International Law on the allocation of one billion Iraqi dinars for the development of the center added to the State Department budget for the years 2013 and 2014 from the contingency reserve after passing a law the federal budget for fiscal year 2013 to ensure that the proposed establishment of the center within the proposals Republic of Iraq for being President current of the Arab summit and the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers building insurance and suitably qualified to be the seat of the Centre in coordination with the Ministry of Finance / State Real Estate Service.
