Parliamentary Finance: approval to pay 25% of the budget surplus to citizens

BAGHDAD / Baghdadiya News / .. The parliamentary Finance Committee announced Friday, agreeing to exchange 25% Mnfaúd budget at the headquarters of all citizens in 2012.
Said committee member Abdul Hussein al-Yasiri told / Baghdadiya News / he "was approved disbursed 25% of the current budget surplus, which was approved in the House of Representatives last year after the payment of the deficit in the budget last year.
Yasiri said "exchange mechanism be after reviewing the final accounts for the last year and estimate the proportion of the deficit and pay and then exchange the surplus to citizens in general and as agreed in the House of Representatives last year."
The Liberal bloc parliamentary confirmed its refusal to vote in favor of approving the budget unless included exchange-mentioned amount to alleviate the burden of citizens, which upheld most of the political blocs, considering it necessary at the current stage and the suffering people with limited income from high cost of living and the vagaries of the situation.
