Student member of the parliamentary legal committee cute Mustafa Amin Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to clarify the validity of the news about the release from his office circulated to prevent the entry of cars with numbers Kurdistan region to Baghdad and the rest of the other provinces.

The Secretary stated in a press release that "some media ran a story on issued a circular from the Office of the Prime Minister to all departments of the Ministry of Interior and checkpoints to prevent the entry of cars with numbers Kurdistan region to Baghdad and other provinces," adding that "this news if true it means that the matter was very serious and out of the game of political differences between the blocks to enter the prejudice to the unity of Iraq and anti-people, or part of it. "

The secretary said that "such a guidance if they have been made already from Maliki's office, it means that the Prime Minister antagonize expressly people province and it goes back in the country for the past Saddamist obnoxious, because the Constitution has approved all authorities of the Kurdistan region and all of its contracts and decisions that were practiced before entering the Constitution into force, and that under Articles 117 First and Article 141 of the Constitution, which means that cars provinces of the region, like cars other provinces and legal legitimacy, and Parliament has to play its role in the defense of the constitution and legality. "

He stressed: "the need to announce the prime minister position frank and clear to the Iraqi people, and is it true that the said circular has been issued from his office or not?".

The site (Khandan) Kurdish had quoted a security source said the office of Prime Minister of Iraq face a formal letter dated the 22 of November 2012 to all circles of belonging to the Iraqi Interior Ministry, serving to prevent the entry of cars with license plates from the Kurdistan region to Baghdad.
